Lump found in right shoulder

Hello everyone,
I found this lump by my tortoises right shoulder/neck area.
It wasn’t there at the start of the week.
Does anyone know what it is and how to treat it?
Taking him to the vet in the morning

That looks like an abscess. It needs to be surgically removed by a competent vet.

If not an abscess, it could be a bite wound which is becoming infected.

Either way, your tortoise needs to be seen by a good vet.
