Markings on underside of shell

I only noticed this today and it's a bit concerning. I have no idea what it could be but he is acting normal and doesn't seem to be in pain. Help?

He's around 4 years old and I've owned him for nearly 2 years.

It's hard to tell from just looking at a picture. When he walks does he get up on his feet or does he drag on his shell. Also, looks like he's got something sticking out of his cloaca.

When he walks he raises himself up however in the enclosure there are bricks which may cause it. As for the cloaca he just finished a bath so it is probably a bit of grass in his poop which stuck out

Maybe, it won’t hurt to try next time you give him a bath
