Okay, so back in January I bought my very first reptile from a pet shop here in Canada. Needless to say, it was a leopard tortoise who I have dubbed Max until he gets big enough for me to officially sex him.

Anyways, back at the beginning of January he was approximately 6cm in length (about 2.5 inches?) and weighed 36g.

He's been in my care for 8 months and is, supposedly, about 14 months old (again, bought him from a pet shop so don't have an exact age).

Today he's about 11cm in length (about 4.5 inches?) when he stretches his head out and weighs 192g. :)

(Here's a bunch of pictures. :D)

That's pretty good size . Mine is 18 months and is 4 1/2 inches and 388 grams as of last month. Mine must be a little piggy

That sounds nice and healthy. I think mine is very abnormal, she is 8 months old and 280g and 4 and 1/2" long. I'm not sure of the health risks of her growing too fast. Your little guy looks great :)
