From what Ive read here on the Forum, many torts just don't like the LS version... (I'm guessing LS = Low Starch) Try getting and using the regular, just soak in warm water for a few seconds .and feed a pellet or two along with standard weeds n greens. Not sure how big your tort is?

  • Mazuri® Tortoise LS Diet is a high fiber diet designed for dry land herbivorous tortoises such as gopher, sulcata and Galapagos tortoises. This diet may be used with other herbivorous reptiles as well. ... High fiber level and Low Starch - Grass hay based diet.

None of them like the LS. Get the regular Mazuri and soak it.

I wouldn't recommend the dreaded "fruity pebbles" tortoise food.

Got the LS to try out and now I am mixing it with the regular Mazuri he is eating it. I mix the LS into the ZooMed tortoise Grassland too so I can get rid of it .

That's what I did too. Someone gave me a bunch of LS to try and none of mine would eat it. Once it was mixed in with the regular stuff they ate it just fine.
