Hi, I couldn't help but notice your in Elverta. Small world, I grew up in Elverta! I don't have sullys myself but many here say wonderful things about Mazuri for theirs. Some even feed it exclusively.

Many people here use it. I just bought it 2 weeks ago & mine really do like it.

Small world indeed, my father grew up here as well. I worked at the market for approx 3 years and went to the local elementary school as well as mine and his siblings. I wouldn't feed it exclusively but with the drop in temperature coming in a month or so I am hoping to find a replacement for the grazing.

I soak it while preparing the greens. It only takes less than 5 min to soften.

I put mine in just enough water to soak them (I was concerned about too much water just pulling more nutrients and being tossed) while I gather her greens. By the time I gather greens, sprinkle chopped hay, wet the grassland pellets, the mazuri is done and ready to be mashed into her salad :)
