Well as some have followed I wanted some high intensity UVB lights for my indoor enclosure and went with Megaray..
So today I picked up a solarmeter to read UVB output.. Here are my readings
At 12" I had 14.0 mw/cm2 (1400 um/cm2)( not sure of accuracy out of my meters range)
At 24" I had 4.2 mw/cm2 (420 um/cm2)
At 36" I had 3.0 mW/cm2 (300 um/cm2)
At 48" I had 2.1 mw/cm2 (200 um/cm2)
At 7ft. I had 0.6 mw/cm2 (60 um/cm2)
To give an example highest repeated recording in fla on a clear sunny day at noon was 250 um/cm2..
So there hype is on the money..there bulbs do produce an exceptional amount of UVB at a rather long distance as claimed..
Not sure if this helps anyone but figured I would post..
