Beautiful, hot day here in the Bay Area. My old timer Elvis having free run of the property.
He shows the marks (pyramiding) of my early inexperience but fortunately he is strong and healthy.
He's quite a bruiser too, always ramming into things and scraping up his shell.
Here's my youngster, Ziggy2. I adopted him when he was about 1 year. He had a little pyramiding when he came to me. Thanks to things I've learned on this site in the past 8 months, his shell growth is doing much better.
