Moving With A Red Foot

Hello!! We have a beautiful baby (5 month) red foot tortoise. We currently live, in Florida (the best state, I know, the irony lol), but are looking, to move out, of state. What are the best recommendations, for moving with a Red Foot Tortoise?

Get a tote of the appropriate size and either lots of newspaper or some dog pee pee pads because a traveling tortoise will be a pooping tortoise.
Once he arrives at his destination, give him a nice warm water soak because he's likely to be a bit dehydrated

Be sure to watch for the temperature such as windows allowing hot sun in and drafts from you use of air conditioning. Don't leave in the car, as cars can heat up so quickly.
