hello I have one redfoot tito , he's still young and I' still can't tell if it's male or female, A pet store worker that I know well said its a male ... I was wondering if i can add redfoots of the same size if I have a lot of hiding .. Maybe one more tort in a 75 gallon tank for a while until I upgrade ,, maybe 2 more so I have a total of three similar sized torts I'll try to get two females so I have one male and two females .. By the time they come " of age " they'll have a much bigger enclosure.. What do you guys think ..my tortoise is about 4 inches

The more tortoises the more space and food you'll need. Also, keep in mind that if your tortoises don't get along they'll need to be housed separately.

Lastly, you get more tortoises only for yourself. Your tortoise is fine without company. Just my thoughts.

I would not get them until you upgrade the enclosure. I was looking back at your previous posts and your current enclosure is pretty small even for just one. No offense, man, but your tortoise is currently sick and I would not introduce or purchase any more tortoises until you figure out why he's sick and pinpoint the cause, and I would wait until he's better.

You need more space now if you're going to have more than one. Get more, they're fun. I have 2 about the same size as yours and I'm looking for 2 more. As soon as I find them I'm going to build a big enclosure.

You won't be getting a male or a female since you there isn't a grain of possibility of accurately sexing a redfoot at that size. Keep 3 or more together if you enjoy multiples. My adults and young quite enjoy the company of each other. 75 gallons though isn't even sufficient for one tortoise that size…..Even a single 4" animal.
