I have two, two year old musk turtles and I'm sure that they're very healthy!! I am just worried about one of them, as she hides herself under a rock in the tank, the other doesn't and swims around throughout of the day. I'm just wondering if this is normal? I moved the rock out but then she tried to hide between or under other objects in the tank, so I just put the rock back in. She does come out to feed and every now and again, but the majority of the time she hides. Please can someone help??

This one reason why I don't like pairs.

Do you have accommodations to separate them? Or to house a group of 3 or more instead?

We've talked a lot about pairs of tortoises and bullying, but never turtles. Its the same thing, though. Maybe you have a male and a female and the male is wanting to breed her all the time so she hides. Or maybe the other turtle is the dominant turtle and it wants the little female out of its territory. But it sounds like you're not going to be able to keep the two turtles together in the same tank.
