My leopard has a rear left foot missing but he copes.
Do you know if it's a birth defect, or caused by an accident or predator attack?
I have seen torts fitted with frames with wheels to help mobility when limbs are missing, but if he is able to move OK it may be more trouble than it's worth for him.

He have home. The container only for bathing

Its caused by rat bite when he still young. And he already like this for 4 years until now
