My first Pet -Turtle I found on the road side

Hi Everyone,
I never kept pets for myself in home. Yesterday when I was walking back from temple, I found a turtle walking towards me on road. I rescued it from going down a car's wheel.
I brought it to home.

This is my first pet.

I bought a tub for it. Placed water and rock to create a dry area for it.

I brought some turtle food from market, and gave some cucumber to eat.

I'm not sure if it's feeling good or bad..

It needs to be returned to the wild in a safe location as close to where he was found as possible

Something else to think about, it may be illegal in your country to pick up turtles.
