My 3 month old Leopard Tortoise just blew a bubble out of its nostril. It only happened today, and I'm not sure if i should be worried.

Make sure temps are correct
95-100 basking
80 all over day and night
Humidity 80%.
If you see it again, raise the day and night temp to 85 for at least a week and when there is no more signs.
Temps need to be right to keep them from getting sick.

Was it during a soak or after eating?

Make sure your enclosure is staying above 26C at all times over in the coldest corner away from the heat lamps.

Probably nothing to worry about. The nostrils lead to the roof of his mouth, not down into the lungs, so saliva may occasionally come out the nose.
