It seems like just the other day I was in the hospital with my baby girl. Now she is a "Crusier" and loves to bable. She says a few words like mama, dada, "andy" our cat- well all cats are "andy", "turtle", look- in romainan, baba- bottle, wawa- water. Its just amazing that we can create these little people and they learn, grow and develope so fast. My husband speaks to her in Romainan so she will grow up bi-lingual. On January 6th she will be 1 yr. Boy how time flies!!!

Mine is 3.5 hours away at college. It seems like I just gave birth to her. Yes, time certainly goes fast!!

It makes me feel old. I know what you mean but when I think about it and how fast time has flown by, I think, "wow, I am getting so old."

Here she is about 3 weeks old005.JPG
and here she is almost 11 months!007.JPG

She has hemanginoma- "straberries"or "angle kisses". Don't worry they cause no problem or pain. People usualy stare when we go out and about. Now adays I dont even notice them. I usually respond with "she was born with them". Most of the time it usually kids who do the hard core staring I just tell them about what they are so they understand , but there are also some adults who will look at her like "what did you do to her" thats when I get fustrated. They should be adults....

She's beautiful!! Look at that fair skin. She's like a porcelain doll!

Doesn't hemangioma usually disappear eventually? My cousin's daughter had one on the back of her head that was gone by the time she was a few years old.

eta: The tortoise jokes in this thread are cracking me up!!

Thanks! Not only does she look like one she is a doll! :) Yes they do disappear with time, they are in the process of doing that. She actually has 3 one is on her back,I would say about 75% gone.
(I agrees about the jokes)
