Just be careful of your tort with your dog....they may seem like they "get along" but your dog may find it playful to pick it up one day, and you can have a seriously injured tort or worse Just be careful with your doggie around

I'm always around if I have them near each other. If he sees me soaking her he barks til I let him watch, but he just seems more interested in watching her from afar but I make sure to always watch them.
What are the inches on your tortoise. Dale is 6 1/2 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide and he's around 3 or 4 years. Yours looks about the size of Dale when she's walking on the floor. Anyway she's adorable in that first picture I loved it.
Littlefoot looks a little dry in the photos, make sure it is getting enough humidity and hydration. Double check the basic cares and care sheets just to make sure.
And a BIG DITTO on the dog. To a dog, a tortoise is a walking chew toy. We have heard of dozens of dog attacks that started with the phrase "I only took my eyes of him for a second...". Our dog is well-behaved as well, and has still managed to attack some of my torts a couple of times. She even killed one many years ago getting it out of what I thought was a secure pen at night. Now the dog is not allowed in the same room as the tortoises when they are not in their new, more secure pen.
