I'm sorry, Jojo, but I'm going to have to skip over your posts. The lack of punctuation or capitalization really gets to me and I just can't read your posts.

I like the set up and wouldn't worry about the glass, I've raised many hatchling turtles in glass with zero issues. I would switch to terra cotta dishes for the food and water and sink them into the ground.

It's not ideal to have them housed as pairs, but while they are small this can be ok but I would start watching for one to bully the other.

It's not about education. It's about the fact that this isn't a cell phone and it's not texting.

It seems to me that there is a misunderstanding here. Yvonne meant no offense in her comment about the "punctuation and capitalization". I for one am one of those people from older generation who have latched on to the texting as soon as it became available so this for of abbreviated communication comes naturally for us. I can read abbreviated messages with no punctuation/no capitalization no problem. Plus, English is one of my NEXT languages for me. I grew up speaking Polish and learning Russian and French, English came MUCH later. My brain is used to connecting many different "terminals" in communicating with other people. For many people of my generation however, ones who grew up on the classical written word making those "switches" is not natural and can be very frustrating. I've been on this forum for over 12 months now and see Yvonne's posts all the time. I have never seen her be unkind to anyone. She's been a great mentor to so many of us and deserves nothing but respect. I'm also sure that you didn't truly mean to hurt anyone's feelings. We just need to be more aware of words we use and stick to the universally acceptable language:) that way there is no risk of being misunderstood, unintentionally offending/insulting anyone.
