I picked up some baby zucchini at the farmer's market today & the flowers were still attached to them. Before I toss the flowers, I figured I'd find out if I could maybe feed them to my RT since he loves other flowers. I haven't been able to find anything on the net about whether or not you can feed them the flower of a zucchini? I'm only curious about the flower not the actual zucchini because I think I read somewhere that the vegetable's too high in carbs & not to feed so I don't...but what about the flower???

Actually you can feed your tortoise the zucchini, not really recommended, but you can. The flower should be okay.

I agree. Flowers from any of the common squashes are fine.
