Nice job! From what I understand, the importation of nanus into Europe might be a rare occurrence. Happy for you. They are an amazing species.

Yes the importation is really rare. But know an importer import 100 pairs so at the moment they aren't rare and not so expensive.

I once raised Jacksons Chameleons.
Those "old world" lizards are very interesting!

Yes they're pretty cool. But they're to big for me and to difficult in keeping depend on UV temperature etc.
This earth chameleons are "easier to keep" I think

I kept mine outside in an aviary and used fruit to attract flies for them. It seems that Florida is just the right weather.........

Weather is a problem for my with every types of my reptiles. I'm sure if I will live in Florida for example most of my reptiles especially the turtles/tortoises will have a better live without problem which come from worms etc. I'm convinced that such problem you only get because you can't keep the animals all the time outside here. They can't live their natural rhythm. They don't feel the different temperatures, the wind the changing humidity etc.. In my opinion that's the reasons why they get sick...

How are they doing now? Any breeding success?
Where in Europe are you? I'm in Scotland.

Unfortunately not... I recognize that I have three females and not one male and two females. So that's a problem and it's very difficult to get a lone male... but a friend of mine keep 1,1 of them and this week I'll get his male for 2-3 weeks. Maybe he'll breed..
