I finished building my tortoise enclosure today for my Ibera Greek hatchling that should be arriving in the next 12 hours and had a question about the live plant I'm using as a hide space. My main concern is what would happen if the tortoise consumed some of it.

Pathos, or Devil's Ivy, is on the do not feed list. Because the plant is a South American plant it is ok to plant it in Redfooted and Yellofooted tortoise habitats, but I wouldn't use it in the Greek habitat.

See if you can find Hosta. That's a good plant for tortoise habitats and they can eat it.

Thanks!! If you click on my profile picture and look at my other post. I have more pictures and go more in depth on what went into my enclosure.
