New rapid shell growth.

Hi everyone hope you’re doing well.
So today I was doing some yard maintenance and I also weighed normie and he gained 15lb since October. I also noticed his shell is getting so round and beautiful but I did notice some areas are lifted. Is this normal? He exploded in growth these past few months.

The lifted areas are not normal. Possibly the tortoise has been too dry or perhaps there is a mild bacterial or fungal infection causing the irregularities. You could try applying athletes foot cream to the areas for a week or ten days to see if it helps. If it doesn't, then try using Neosporin ointment for another seven to ten days.
