i got a tortoise one week ago and since then i have never seen her eat, when ever i check her box the food is still there im worried since its my first tortoise and i dont know what to do btw when i first soaked her she pooped 5 ~ 6 times before then she didn't poop also she had white discharge which i know that it means a tortoise is well hydrated I also take her outside during the day to get natural vitamin D.
New tortoise won't eat.

i dont know the exact type but i provided a picture i hope its useful.
i tried feeding it all kinds of cabbage, grass ,banana , carrots and Arugula but she didnt seem to eat any of it.
i mostly let her out of her box outside when the sun is up but at night i keep her in turtle box. currently i dont have any kind equipment for heating and light therefore i take her outside everyday and soak her in warm water.

Where do you live? How warm is it? If a tortoise isn't warm enough, it won't eat.
im in Qatar(middle east) and its sunny 30+C.
