Adult or hatchling? Where are you located? Provide outdoor enclosure and inside if needed. Inside at least 4x8 for an adult. Do not use any coil bulbs.
Hi and you are certainly in the right place for tips! Have a good read of the care sheet for your tort for excellent up to date advice on housing diet, lighting heating, substrate correct temps and humidity etc.etc. I also found the Beginners Mistakes thread useful too and the Enclosures thread is great for ideas.
If you are buying from a pet store check everything they tell you about what you need on here because they are only interested in profits whereas all the experts here are only interested in happy, healthy torts.
Ask as many questions as you need someone will always be glad to help. I don't have a Russian but hope I've helped point you in he right direction.
