After eating some greens, Mazuri, Timothy hay, and some watercress, he went inside his enclosure and went to sleep...

The Mazuri has come in handy, mixing that with him grazing and the greens we know he gets full and he always goes and sleep under his heat lamp.. Thats when we know he is happy and full...

Fun stuff. Nice pics. I like all tortoises, but there is just something special about sulcatas.

Awesome pics, D'marcus!

My fiance (and me, too) are wanting to get to the point where we can hand feed Dash too.

Vegas has bitten me and my wife several times during the hand feeding but he always let go once he realizes that our fingers are not food. He has never broken skin, so its a risk we are willing to take so that he can easily enjoy his favorite foods, like cactus.. My wife say's he is heavy, so we might have to get a more reliable scale.
