I don't see anything alarming.

They're tough little guys and scrapes and minor injuries happen.
It looks superficial from what I can view on my phone.

I just attached another picture - I don’t know it just looks funny. Maybe I’m over reacting....

I see it.
It's an injury.
I just wouldn't worry about it.
If you're still concerned, you can smear a little dab of antibiotic ointment on the area.
But I don't think its neccessary.
If you do so, don't get any in its eyes.
