I have tried giving her all different kinds of lettuce but she wants non of it. She just stays in her hide box sleeping all day. I take her out regularly for soaks in warm water but otherwise she is not moving around on her own. She also has not pooped while in her bath like usual, but i assume that because she is not eating anything to poop. After her soak I put her near her food and she ignores it and goes back into her box. Is it time to take her to the vet?

This is the time of year that they are brumating. Lower your lights just a bit and make sure the whole enclosure is warm enough. Keep the lights on for 14 hours a day.

Is your enclosure the same it's been always? Has your temperature changed?

Yes, same enclosure for the last year and a half and the temp has no changed, a new warming bulb a few months ago but it was a replacement so nothing temp wise changed. The warming bulb is only on during the day. The room is never below 68 at night.
