Try raising the temperature so it is at 32C (90F) or a bit higher all the time. Also soak the tortoise daily for 20-30 minutes, then place it in front of a pile of food. Hopefully you will be able to turn this one around and save it.

You are not keeping the two together are you?
I raised the temp.
And no they are not houses together.

Well, I have to go see a vet.
She is not getting better. Also the other one started to show same symptoms.
A guess she got it from me outting both in same box for transport to get them soaking.

Now I jave two sick tortoises

That is unfortunate. For future reference, though, when you have a sick one, you should never place it in a container with a healthy one.

You should never even touch a healthy animal after handling a sick one without thoroughly washing your hands (or using gloves and discarding them in between handling the animals).

Preferably, the healthy one should be soaked and fed first daily before you ever even touch the sick one.

Good luck.

The baby Leopard started to eat more, no more nose discharge. But the month that I have her, she hasn't grown at all.
She has same enclosure conditions ( per Toms recomendations), but still no growth.
I am worried that something is wrong.
Vet said it is not sick.

There is probably nothing you can do at this point other than to keep soaking the tortoise daily and feeding it all it will eat and sooner or later, it should start to grow. However, if there is actually something wrong with it which the vet hasn't seen, it will most likely show up in the next couple of months.
