Just found this Nutrient Analysis at http://home.earthlink.net/~rednine/nutrient.htm

It confirms CHICORY, COLLARDS - RAW, DANDELION, DUCKWEED, ENDIVE, GRAPE LEAVES, KALE, KELP, PRICKLYPEAR-FRUIT, PRICKLYPEAR-PADS, TURNIP GREENS & WATERCRESS as good foods for torts.

Also here's some info on oxalic acid content & Calcium in some vegetables:
