osteomyelitis

Has anyone ever dealt with osteomyelitis? My 2 year old sulcata has it in her shell and I have been to 2 vets and I feel like they are running out of options. I have spent over 3k in trying to figure this out and have gotten no answers except for the bone infection. I have done everything from an X-ray, ct scan, blood work , biopsy. Etc. there has to be someone out there who has gone through something like this.

Who said it had it and do they see a lot of tortoises?
