Oxalis .. yellow flowers are a give away. Also the leaves will be heart shaped. Clover will be more oval

Dang. Should I be worried if she's only eaten it this once or is it only toxic in larger quantities?
Oxalis is not toxic. Its high in oxalates which bind with calcium. We really aren't sure whether or not this is a problem for tortoises, but to be on the safe side, we just shouldn't feed them oxalis until we learn more one way or the other.

Before I learned what it was, I used to feed handfuls of it to my large sulcatas. It never did any harm that I know of. Your tortoise should be fine, just don't let it eat any more, and maybe bump up the calcium supplementation just a bit for a couple of weeks to be safe. More soaking won't hurt either.
