Panicking new mom...

Lilly was happily eating her salad this evening and I noticed her making a weird... movement. Her body would draw in slightly every few seconds. A hiccup? Breathing? I've never noticed this before. Is she in pain? She pooped yesterday (on me) but upon closer inspection of her penthouse, there was no visible poop at all... Help!

It kinda sounds like nothing too me. Maybe just a little startle of a passing of gas. To help ease your mind and a just incase, give her a long warm soak. In something that she has room to walk around. Just incase she is a little backed up.

Is it a shrugging motion? Accompanied by minor head bobbing? If so, I'm pretty sure she's just breathing. It's easy to over-analyze things in the beginning. And the no poop thing is probably cuz she's cleaning up after herself

Sounds like sneezing. Mine do it all the time when food gets stuck on their nostrils.
