Paperwork needed?

I was just wondering in the future when I want to sell baby tortoises online what paperwork would I need in order to sell and ship them :/

You won't need anything for hermanns within the US except Hawaii. Hawaii has some strict regulations on exotics. But that would be on the buyers end not the sellers.
