Pepper Seeds?

I adopted a new Hermann's tortoise at the end of April. I have her on a diet of weed/grocery greens. I soak her at least every other day. Over the last few days her soak water I've been noticing what looks like bell pepper seeds in her poop. Her previous owner mentioned that she liked them and fed them to her. Is it possible that I'm seeing them now? That seems like it took them a long time to make the trip through her GI track.

Yes. I've seen food items take 6 weeks to work their way through.
