It's fine for them to eat as part of their diet. It is very dense in nutrients, which is a good, but it comes in such tiny containers, it's hard to keep it watered well and growing. You might be okay if you re-pot it in a bigger container and just cut a little off the top as it grows. Are your sulcatas tiny? It would be perfect for babies because it's pretty tender. It grows pretty quickly, but not fast enough to provide much bulk for bigger guys unless you buy a lot of it. In that case, it might be easier and/or less expensive to just buy a type of regular grass seed and start a grass garden that way. ??? Just some thoughts. :)

I just tried to re-plant the cat grass I got a few days ago. We'll see how it goes. I also planted some fescue grass for densely shaded areas right in my enclosure in the coconut fiber and it sprouted VERY nicely. Since my babies are only 5 weeks old I hoped it would get a chance to grow pretty good before they started chowing down...but they have already started grazing. It took less than 5 days to sprout though

I gotta find me some clover seed!
