philips t8 good or bad

I have a philips t8 fluorescent tube buld for my sulcata it sits about 20 inches above him good or bad?

Is it just a regular light or a UVB bulb? It should be fine if you're just using it for light.

Its a fluorescent tube bulb from home depot the philips t8
They work for light. It's not going to give you any heat or UVB but they work for light. They're super bright so you may want to put some plants in there to filter that light some.

Ok also how far should my uvb light be is 10 inches too close because i have a sulcata and i just added a ton of coco fiber to his tank since ik he wants to dig so i filled it half way with coco coir now the basking and uvb bulb sit about 10 inches up
