I am looking for ideas for an outdoor enclosure for our 2 year old sulcata tortoise. We need to get him out of the current glass enclosure and crate a better environment that includes a heater but allows for growing. It will get chilly but not freezing outside. Any cheap ideas are much appreciated.

How big is he? He should not live outside until at least 10 inches or more.
A heated night box will be needed, do a search on this forum for instructions on building one, member Tom wrote it.
Once you give his size, @Tom can help with the needed enclosure size.
