Pictures?

Sorry! Back again... I have another question about the forum
How do I upload pictures? I did it once in a thread, but I want to put some in my album and it always has a problem. I tried png, jpg, jpeg, gif, and others. The pictures don't exceed 10MB, so what am I doing wrong?
