Could any 1 point me in the right direction for the care sheets on a Herman's and a spur thighed struggling to find it

That same author is a member here, and you can also find his care sheet by clicking on "Forums" at the top right, then scroll down to "Hermann's" and click that. At the top of that section, under "Important threads" you'll find the care sheet.
