Reptile vet quickly. Does the shell feel soft? Hate to say this but I've seen this before and it doesn't usually end well.

The purplish color spotting on the plastron.

It could be bruising due to being stepped on, or it might be septicemia. No way for us to help other than advise a vet visit.

I think it's the reddish colour on the plastron, it means blood poisoning? Or internal bleeding?
