Poor little sulcata baby

Hello sulcata friends,

I found this advertisement on the Internet.

Do I have a look, or does the poor tortoise baby look very dry, already dehydrated? Also the shell looks somehow changed. Perhaps also lack UVB light?
I think the tortoise on the photo is sick.
For me it looks like someone has bought two Sulcata Babies hatched this year and now wants to get rid of them again very soon. That makes me very sad.
The price the seller requires is also much too high.
400 euros does nobody pay for two tortoises and a small vivarium in Germany. Such sales displays of animals make me sad.
Who knows how many tortoises die already in the first year because of bad attitude.
Do you also feel angry and sad at the same time as I do when you see something like that?
Or do I see something that is not there ?

The straw is not good either.
Can't tell about the UVB.
It is sad, but maybe they'll get purchased by someone who will take better care of them.
