Poorly Tortoise

Please help! i'm new to this sit and would really appreciate some advice. My tortoise clio has stopped eating and wont open her eyes. She's responsive now and again. her eyes and skin are normal and her shell isn't soft. Any advice as to what the matter with her??

What kind of tortoise? What are the temps, humidity and substrate? How often do you soak and for how long? What does her diet consist of? If you can post pics of her and the enclosure that would help also. If you are using a coil type bulb, get rid of it ASAP, they cause eye problems.

What type of tortoise is she? How is her enclosure set up? What are the four temps (basking, warm side, cool side, night)? What is the humidity? what are you feeding? What type of UVB do you have?
