I was just checking to see if anyone knew if you can prepare mazuri ahead of time and refrigerate/freeze it. I was just thinking it would be easier to soak a bunch and keep it in pre-portioned containers.
It does go rancid pretty quickly. It only take a few minutes to hydrate it, so I don't see it being worth the risk. It would take longer to defrost or warm it to room temp than it would take to soak it, so what is the point?
