Pumping front legs... Please help

Hey guys. My tort have been pumping his hand and sometimes pumps his head too... Look the video. What do you think? I am adding the video link below.

Yes, that is normal. With ribs fused and immovable to form the carapace, they move their legs to assist in breathing. They will also pump their throat to aid in smelling and cooling.
