If your tort is small though, blend them up small. All parts of the pumpkin can be fed. I'm not sure if the cooked seeds will work for deworming. I would like if someone @yvonne can confirm that. I never heard that cooked would work.

If not for the purpose of deworming, I can feed them either way? Raw or steamed?

Yes you can feed them either way, but if they are not raw, does it still work as a dewormer?

I use a cheese grater to make the pumpkin easier for little ones to eat. I also mix in small amounts only, with regular greens.

Yes I always feed it raw. I just throw a whole pumpkin in the enclosure for my larger tortoises. I usually throw them hard enough to break them open and make it a little easier for the torties, but they just eat the whole thing from that point. Guts and all.
