Pyramiding Severity Scale for Leopard?

So I've had this leopard for about 3 years, and didn't make his cage as humid as me or him would've liked when he was a hatchling. Could someone tell me how severe his pyramiding is? And how will this affect him?

Please don't be alarmed, he has the right conditions now for healthy, happy, scute growth.

I've seen better and I've seen worse.

Don't worry about the past. What's done is done. Worry about the present and the future, which is what you've already done and are doing.

If all else was good like diet, calcium supplementation, hydration, etc…, then the "damage" is only cosmetic and shouldn't cause any long term health issues.
