The 0-60 prize has to go to the H1 500.....it's is deadly fast. Any guesses for 0-60? for roughly 90hp on a 320lb bike? 4-5-6? Heck, my overboosted supercharged @12psi old SLK does high 6's and the bike would kill the car.
If memory serves my old '92 CBR 600F2 was 411 pounds dry and made 88 HP. According to its speedo, it topped out at around 156 pinned in 6th gear on level ground. That's probably around 150 in the real world. That was before FI, and it had the four synced carbs.

The newer 600s are all fuel injected, weigh less and make around 130 hp, all on much better suspension. Scary fast.

I've ridden some of the liter bikes, but I prefer the lighter snappy feel of the 600s. Same thing on the dirt. I'll take a 250F over a 450F any day.

I don't think I've ever ridden a two stroke street bike. Back in the day I rode a few 500cc dirt bikes, and that was an experience to remember. Wow.

I have a 01 426 my son rides a 450 KTM. Love off road now no more pavement motorcycles. My pretty much every day driver is this… not street legal but where I live it’s not a concern. I stay on the dirt.

That 426 was a BITC* to start. You must have incredibly strong legs, and know how to use that little decompression lever very well. I had the '01 250F. Best bike ever made, so said the magazines. I wore that one out, but I still have my '04 250F. I dust it off and take it out now and then.

One thing is for sure, you dirt riders are strong-like-bull! Today, it would just beat me up so I give you guys credit.

There's no exercise like dirt bike riding to use every muscle and joint you have! We road racers would ride dirt to improve our balance, strength and to learn the ability to power out of slides on the asphalt....
My fav was the yammy 250....small, flickable, and forgiving. So many times I came down sideways on the seat....yet a bit of throttle squares things right up again!

Changing the coil often improves starting....some bikes were notorious for having weak sparks. The factory spark on my Yammy turbo was the weakest spark I ever saw for a running engine....thin and yellow on a turbocharged bike no less! Like Tom said of the KTM, a bit** to start too. New Accel coils and BAM, fat, blue and easy to start.

I read it. That's what I mean. Even this monster only does 2.92 seconds for 0-60. But @jeff kushner is claiming under three seconds for these trucks? I'm skeptical. The only production vehicle I've ever seen that is faster than a sport bike is the Tesla Plaid. Ferraris, Lambos and Bugattis can't beat a sport bike 0-60, thought they will eventually pull away at top speed.

ROTFLMAO......so maybe Kerry won't get upset if I come rumbling home in one of them? Heck, if they were fantasy vids, I don't want one anyway....I only wanted something that could leap tall buildings, faster than a speeding....you guys know the drill.

This is what this is for, thought I'd get at least a comment on it. Right this second it is almost stock, but I got goodies for it. It's not as fast as a speeding bullet, or make it on top of a building but it'll pull out UPS, Fedex, Home Depot, 4x4 tow companies and any other thing that is stuck. It has a 406 small block built and ready to go in it, school bus yellow. This is going to be a reverse school bus paint scheme black with 3 yellow stripes. REDNECK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT is what it'll say. This summer my wife and I caught 2 groups of tweekers (Meth addict) robbing our neighbors homes. 1 of them got there Expedition stuck in the sand, when I drove over to see who it was I saw the neighbors solar panels in their trailer. 1 guy said "we just need to get pulled out" I said "You aint gettin out cause I aint going to pull you out." Of course they had to act as they had a firearm in the vehicle, it worked I didn't physically assault em. Came home called the police and then 2 hours later led them in 4 wheel drive to the perpetrators. They arrested them and called a tow to impound the stuck Ford Expedition. When I woke up the next morning there was a tow truck stuck in the sand next to the criminals Expedition. I called the 4x4 recovery specialist tow company and told em I'll get you out. When the gentleman came he told me he got his first tow truck stuck had to have his wife come get him. Then he brought out the tow truck I was looking at to pull the other out. As you can imagine he was hesitant in thinking "this truck" would get him out since his "Recovery" vehicles could't do it. I did pull him out just like I said when he asked me "how much" I told him nothing "just want a picture."
So it's definetely not a TRX or TrackHawk but it is everything needed to to do whatever I want to.
If your house gets stuck....I'll pull it out.
