red colored liquid

My husband found red colored liquid in betty's water tonight. She isn't bleeding from anywhere and her stool isnt bloody. What could it be?

Nevermind.. whew.. it came from a piece of beet leaf I gave her as a snack. Thank god my husband. I was ready to pack her up and run off to the vet I thought she was bleeding to death

. Also...if you feed dandelion that will sometimes affect the urine and give it a pinkish/reddish color....
