Hi, so my red footed tortoise recently dug into a corner and started biting at the corner of her enclosure, is something wrong with that? I hear a lot of squeaky/scratching noises whenever he bites at it. Is it just trying to trim its beak?

I'm not a Redfoot owner but it looks to me as if it's attacking its reflection or trying to get through the 'glass' partition, as it sees territory beyond.
You need to cover the bottom few inches of the reflective/ transparent area so it can't see out/a reflection.

I agree with Tidgy about the reflection. I put a shiny bucket in my Red's enclosure once, she was walking into the reflection inside the bucket for about an hour or two.

The digging is normal, mine loves to burrow in corners.
