Yes , I'm here in Pa and my redfoot laid two cutches and I'm not sure if they are fertile or not but incase they are I might have a bunch of little redfoot tortoises on my hands! (I'm guessing end of March or early April and second in May. ) Guess I'll find out !

Nooo.
Not if finding great homes is your concern.
It's why I only keep females now.
Too many people want a tortoise on a whim. And I found most of them unsuitable to get those little lives that I was responsible for
