The first is of a hide/basking area, the second is her entire habitat.

Thanks,
Tia

It looks like you've covered the basics.
If you cover most of the top it will help you retain heat and HUMIDITY.(It looks like there is some pyramiding)
Redfoot don't bask like most other tortoises and just require the whole enclosure to be warm. Maybe like 80-82 on one end and 85-87 at the other?
Also,He/She will probably want to sleep under that log, but watch how well the tort can handle walking around and over it. Make sure that there isn't much of a chance that he/she could flip upside down from a fall. The area that it looks more likely to happen is right under that light and a tortoise on his back under a light is very bad.
And could you show us what type of light that is? It'd be nice to make sure that your UV needs and heat are met, but that you don't have one of the types of bulbs that are associated with eye issues.

Nice job! Make sure that the enclosure is damp and warm. If it's damp and cool, that would be a set up for sickness.
I would come as close to possible to create a closed chamber, which will hold the heat/ humidity in.

PS. The surface should not be too damp or there is a set up for shell rot.
