LOL...okay, so I thought you were going to try to convince us that the tortoise was clucking....lol....the redfoots here will do that when they are out in the dry desert air...or if they have face planted in the mazuri and have a piece in their nostril....they sound like they are whistling a tune....lol....beautiful torts by the way
You should come hang out in the greenhouse when weather doesn't permit all of the torts going out. Its like a breath fest in their. Its funny. Even funnier when you feed them. They chomp the greens. I should record it one day.
That day we had a pile of food for them, out of the site of the camera and enclosure. We were trying to get them to come over so we could get the camera shot through the fencing. They were sniffing to locate the food and knew where it was. Our Redfoots are super friendly tortoises, here is a short clip that shows we were teasing them with a flower blossoms that day.(Its not the best clip...)
